Service Team Application
Do you have a natural talent for making people feel at home? At Chemong Lodge, we don’t just serve meals; we curate memories. We are looking for charismatic, professional, and service-oriented individuals to join our Front of House team.
This application covers both our Restaurant Team (providing a sophisticated, high-energy dining experience) and our Event Team (executing seamless weddings, summer festivals, and off-site catering). We are looking for team members who are professional storytellers and can represent the Lodge brand with warmth, sophistication & service excellence.
Positions Include:
Servers, Bartenders, Hosts, Support Staff
Responsibilities Include:
Provide professional and attentive, expert service that anticipates guest needs and exceeds expectations.
Maintain a deep knowledge of our menus, including our rotating wine lists and signature smokehouse offerings.
Manage guest flow and environment with grace, whether in the main dining room or at a 200-person outdoor festival.
Collaborate with the bar and kitchen teams to ensure timing and service are perfectly synchronized.
Requirements:
Proven experience in hospitality or guest services (Fine dining or high-volume event experience is a plus).
Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with a diverse range of guests.
A professional, polished appearance and a positive, "can-do" attitude.
Ability to multitask and maintain high standards of service under pressure.
An eye for pristine detail and the ability to anticipate needs.
Availability for evenings, weekends, and our signature holiday events is essential.
