Service Team Application

Do you have a natural talent for making people feel at home? At Chemong Lodge, we don’t just serve meals; we curate memories. We are looking for charismatic, professional, and service-oriented individuals to join our Front of House team.

This application covers both our Restaurant Team (providing a sophisticated, high-energy dining experience) and our Event Team (executing seamless weddings, summer festivals, and off-site catering). We are looking for team members who are professional storytellers and can represent the Lodge brand with warmth, sophistication & service excellence.

Positions Include:

Servers, Bartenders, Hosts, Support Staff

Responsibilities Include:

• Provide professional and attentive, expert service that anticipates guest needs and exceeds expectations.

• Maintain a deep knowledge of our menus, including our rotating wine lists and signature smokehouse offerings.

• Manage guest flow and environment with grace, whether in the main dining room or at a 200-person outdoor festival.

• Collaborate with the bar and kitchen teams to ensure timing and service are perfectly synchronized.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in hospitality or guest services (Fine dining or high-volume event experience is a plus).

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with a diverse range of guests.

• A professional, polished appearance and a positive, "can-do" attitude.

• Ability to multitask and maintain high standards of service under pressure.

• An eye for pristine detail and the ability to anticipate needs.

• Availability for evenings, weekends, and our signature holiday events is essential.
